</ul>Cara-caranya>>>panaskan minyak dan masukkan bwg putih yg ditumbuk tadi.Setelah naik bau masukkan udang, fishball,carrot dan lada hitam.Masukkan sedikit air. Setelah mendidih, masukkan sayur dan garam secukup rasa serta 1 kiub pati ayam. Kemudian masukkan mee hoon tersebut dan gaul rata.<br />

cara-caranya>>> letak sedikit minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan yg ditumbuk tadi bersama serai, asam keping.kacau sebati dan kemudian tambahkan air dan masukkan udang dan kacang panjang tersebut..Renehkan sampai kelihatan masak..masukkan santan (saya guna santan kotak shj) dan daun kunyit. Setelah mendidih, masukkan garam dan sedikit aji kalo suka...haa, dah masak da pun..terus snap dlm periuk (mendidih lagi)sbb takot luper nanti nak amik pic... <br />

</ol>Cara-caranya >>> Terlebih dahulu beras basmathi itu dibasuh bersih dan dibiarkan dlm periuk nasi (tanpa air).Ketepikan. Masukkan bwg merah, bwg putih dan sedikit halia yang di kisar halus dan tumis. Masukkan 2sudu myk biasa dan 4sudu minyak sapi dan tumis sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masuk bwg merah dan bawang putih yang dihiris halus serta 4sudu tomato puri, susu cair, garam, gula, air. Masukkan juga kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan bunga cengkih. Tumis dan tumis...Kemudian, korang masukkan bahan yg ditumis tadi ke dalam periuk nasi dan jgn luper tekan suiz. Kalo air tak mencukupi, tambah sikit dan tambah garam lagi.Kalo xcukup merah, campurkan sos tomato puri dan kacau.TUTUP PERIUK.
